By downloading, installing, or using QuizVocab ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

QuizVocab is an educational mobile application designed to help users learn and master vocabulary through interactive quizzes, flashcards, and other learning tools. The App offers both free trial and premium subscription features.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Free Trial

New users are eligible for a 5-day free trial period. After the trial expires, a subscription is required to continue using premium features.

3.2 Subscription Options

Monthly Subscription: $1.99 per month
Yearly Subscription: $14.99 per year

3.3 Payment and Renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App
Use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by QuizVocab and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUIZVOCAB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuizVocab from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and QuizVocab only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligations with respect to the App.
